Then our fabulous captains Eliza and Cooper will be the first in the pool, officially starting the Swimathon! Squad teams follow — and all training laps count.
🌟 Ahmed Kelly PLY – Paralympian Guest Appearance!
We’re beyond honoured to welcome Ahmed Kelly to the pool deck. Ahmed will be swimming and hanging out with us — don’t miss your chance to say hello, ask a question, or snap a quick pic with this inspiring Paralympian Athlete.
💆♂️ 10:00 AM – Remedial Massage with Josh Hargreaves
Josh will be poolside helping ease sore muscles with FREE massages. He’s generously volunteering his time, so please scan the donation QR code and grab his business card to support his incredible work.
🥓 10:30 AM – Bacon & Egg BBQ Cook-Up!
Stay strong with a sizzling bacon and egg BBQ breakfast — perfect fuel for our swimmers and volunteers alike!
🎤 12:00 PM – Guest Speaker: Tara Kinder
Tara will be joining us to speak and maybe even jump in for a few laps if we’re lucky! Let’s show her our love and see if she’ll add to our lap tally.
🎶 Tunes All Day + Disco Inferno Dance Vibes!
🛟 4:00 PM – Lilo Relay Race!
Get ready for inflatable fun! Join our lilo relay — we’ll have prizes, laughs, and wobbly teamwork at its best. Let us know if you’re in!
🌭 5:30 PM – Sausage Sizzler BBQ
Keep those energy levels up with a sizzling sausage from the grill. Refuel and recharge for the final few hours!
⏰ The Final Push – 7:00 PM Finish Line!
Let’s finish strong! We’re aiming for lap records, personal bests, and a big community win. Every lap supports Berry Street, helping vulnerable children and families across Victoria.
