Dryland is such an important part of our swimmers’ development — it builds strength, mobility, coordination and resilience, supports injury prevention, and helps our athletes become stronger, faster, and more powerful in the water.
Whether your swimmer has done dryland before or is thinking about trying it for the first time, we really encourage you to jump in and have a look. It makes a huge difference not just to performance, but to long-term confidence and body awareness too.
